Policies:

 Optional Add-Ons:

- Additional Models: Additional models can be included in your photo shoot at a rate of $20 per model.

​

- Additional Edits: If you require more edited photographs beyond the package inclusion, additional edits can be purchased at a rate of $20 per photo.

​

- Additional Time: If you need to extend the shoot duration beyond the standard package, additional time can be added at a rate of $100 per hour.

​

- Special Graphics: If you wish to incorporate special graphics or overlays in your photographs (Anything involving placing you in/on something or adding things not originally not in picture), this service is available at a fee of $15 per photo.

​

- Travel Fee: For shoots outside of Savannah, GA, a travel fee starting at $100 for an hour will be applied. For every additional hour of distance traveled, an extra $100 fee will be charged

(Ex: 2Hr trip=$200).

-Rushed Edits (returns less than a week) will be a $100 additional fee.

​

Turnaround Time:

The turnaround time for photo delivery is 14 days from the date of photo selection. Please note that this turnaround time starts from the specific "date of photo selection" made by the client.

Late Policy:

The grace period to show up to the shoot is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $25 late fee along with the remaining balance. After 20 minutes your shoot will be canceled 

​

Deposits and Payment:

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the end of the photo shoot, prior to the delivery of the unedited photographs.

Outfit Changes:

You are allowed UNLIMITED outfit changes during the designated shoot time span. This allows you to capture a variety of looks and styles to suit your preferences and vision. I recommend coordinating the number of outfit changes with the allotted shoot time to ensure a smooth and productive session.

Themed Shoots:

Themed shoots are available under any numbered booking package.  Please discuss your themed shoot preferences during the booking process to ensure proper planning and execution.

Shoot Idea and Poses:

To ensure a successful and efficient session, I encourage you to have a shoot idea and poses in mind prior to booking. This will help me understand your vision and capture the desired shots effectively.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify me as soon as possible. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Reschedules within 2 days of shoot date will require a new booking.

Ownership and Usage Rights:

Khy Shot It retains the ownership and copyright of all images captured during the photo shoot. However, we grant clients a personal, non-commercial usage license for the photographs. This allows you to use the images for personal purposes, such as printing, sharing on social media, or displaying in your home. By booking a session with our photography website, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these policies.
